Shipping Policy:

We currently offer delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment, and delivery timelines will depend on your location and the availability of products.

  • Local Delivery: We deliver directly to your door within the GTA. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address.
  • Delivery Times: Standard delivery is available Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. We strive to deliver orders promptly but are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues.
  • Special Occasions and Large Orders: For holidays, events, or larger catering orders, we recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.

Returns Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of food items. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and if there is an issue with your order, such as damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as follows:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement of the affected items or provide a store credit for future purchases.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered at no additional cost.

Please note that all complaints or issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a resolution. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or consumed.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations may not be possible, especially for large catering or special occasion orders. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
